## Amazon's Brooklyn Park Fulfillment Center Grows with New Facility ### Expanding to Meet Growing Demand Amazon is expanding its presence in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota with a new fulfillment center on Wyoming Avenue. The facility will complement Amazon's existing larger fulfillment center in the area, providing additional capacity to meet the growing demand for Amazon's products in the region. "This new facility is a testament to our commitment to serving our customers in the Twin Cities area," said an Amazon spokesperson. "We're excited to create new jobs and support the local economy as we continue to grow our operations here." The new fulfillment center will receive and process incoming stock and materials to support Amazon's e-commerce operations. It will also provide additional storage and shipping capacity for Amazon's vast product selection. Amazon currently employs over 10,000 people in Minnesota, and the new fulfillment center is expected to create additional hundreds of jobs. The facility is scheduled to open in 2024.
